Most runabout manufacturers produce hulls with some transom angle. The angles can vary depending depending on the manufacturers designers criteria. Use the method shown to calculate any boats transom angle. All that is required is a straight edge and anything that has a right angle.

The RocketFlap System is suitable for boats with a transom angle between 0 and 20 degrees. The form to the right is intended as a guide only, verify the results with your boats manufacturer!
Results of the calculation are rounded up or down to the nearest degree.
