RocketFlap rams are machined from marine grade aluminium with plastic endcaps. The internal components and piston rods are constructed from high strength acetal bar with a s/steel final trim adjuster and a low tension return spring.

These materials provide a strong corrosion resistant platform which the rams are built around. The lower rotation point is secured to the lower anchor bracket on the 12"x9" tab. The upper rotation point is uniquely slotted, this allows for rapid removal from the upper anchor point.

For extra durability and looks the aluminium body is black anodized and finished with a silver RocketFlap decal.
